Tukdin®

Tukdin® is one of the oldest Malaysian restaurants in London and the UK, situated on the busy road of Paddington. They needed to do a major revamp of their website, which serves as an online platform for customers to find information about the restaurant, view menus, make reservations, and place takeout or delivery orders. They also wanted a custom point-of-sale (POS) web application that could work on any device and, most importantly — offline.

  • 50% ⇡ increase in customer inquiries and reservations.
  • 2k-3k visitors per month to their website, 30% converted to customers visiting the restaurant.
  • An overall increase of efficiencies, resulting from systematic management of their inventories & food ordering system.
Task
